Situated only 5minutes from the quaint but bustling seaside village of Ballyheigue, this cosy yet spacious holiday home is the perfect base to enjoy both the local scenery and activities as well as explore everything Co.Kerry has to offer all within a short drive form the house. The space With a large open plan living space, this property makes a wonderful base for touring glorious County Kerry. This guesthouse is perfect for a family getaway. All rooms and amenities are on the ground floor. The upstairs is closed off to guests. ​ The house has electricity and oil central heating. There is an open fire and oil filled radiators. The guesthouse is children friendly with a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate included. There is internet access, sky and a dvd player for your entertainment. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.There is an electric oven and electric hob that you are welcome to use. ​ You will be met with a small welcome package on arrival and you have access to a fully enclosed garden and private off road parking. Sorry no pets allowed. Other things to note A 200 Euro cash security deposit will be requested upon check in. Unfortunately we do not have electronic payment facilities for this payment. We ask that there are no parties in the house and that all guests respect the house during their stay. Please leave the house as you have found it. Guests are expected to take all glass bottles and/or additional rubbish etc with them on check out. The house will be fully inspected before the deposit is returned.
