The space Welcome to the Hundred Acre Woods. Your suite is located in a quiet residential neighborhood backing right up to a gorgeous city park chock full of hiking trails. French doors on the wraparound porch will welcome you to your restful stay. This is the perfect place to recover from any adventure bringing you to town! The Suite has 1 Queen bed, a comfy chair, a small kitchenette & dining area, and a private full bathroom. Self check in access via key code access. Wifi is provided, a television so you can access your personal streaming services (with own login). Kitchenette includes kettle, coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge & freezer, basic dishes (plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, silverware). Coffee & tea provided. Smoking is permitted outside-on the front porch or in a designated location of the yard. We require use of an ash tray and proper disposal of any waste. Covered & locking storage for bicycles is provided. Guest access The Hundred Acre Woods Suite is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. It feels like living in a park! Parking is provided in front of the house and you'll enter through a wooden gate, walk up the steps to a wraparound porch. French doors will welcome you to a clean, colorful, fresh & modern suite. You will have sole access to the full guest suite. Seating & outdoor table on the front porch is yours to use as well! Other things to note This Suite is attached to a family home where we live. We highly value providing a peaceful and quiet environment for our guests. The Suite is not entirely soundproofed so you may occasionally hear regular home noises such as walking up & down the stairs (the stairs are adjacent to Suite--not above), vacuuming, or occasionally music or guests in the main house. We aim to work around the stay and schedule needs of our guests and adhere to quiet hours of 9pm-9am.
