Registered guests are responsible for the full repair and replacement costs of damages to the property of the hotel, and for extraordinary cleaning costs if required. This is above and beyond any other fees, including pet fees. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or public areas and will result $300 fine. Registered guests or their visitors who exhibit disruptive behaviors may be ejected from the hotel without refund. The hotel may also fine guests in the amount of compensation given to other third parties resulting from those disruptive behaviors. All guests in rooms shall be registered with the hotel.
