This is a full /queen size bed. All of upstairs are all private for Airbnb guests. Our home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We have 1 elderly dog, stays outside & super friendly.. will bark because his sight and hearing is going :( Each rm has a desk, dressers, closets, TV. Shared refrigerator upstairs for guests only. This room has a small refrigerator. Coffee can be provided & fresh fruit with notice. We are a family of 3 with 2 dogs. one stays inside. Whether you are visiting YSU, Mill Creek Park, local wineries, Stanbaugh Auditorium, the Covelli Center or the many museums and historical sites that Mahoning County has to offer, at the end of your day you will have a comfortable place to call home. This is a family home, access through the back door with keypad entry. Bathroom is shared if guests are staying in other bedrooms on second floor. There is a non smoking policy in the house. Water and snacks provided in each room. In addition to the booked room, Guests can have access to living and dining area, kitchen, laundry room on 1st floor. Due to our home being shared with guests, our home is not equipped with children under the age of 5. Other things to note My family and I enjoy every guests that stays with us, the only limitation we have is unfortunately our shared bathroom upstairs, (shared between the guests only) we ask if the very hot showers can be limited to less than 15 mins.. due to the space and limited ventilation. Our bathroom cannot handle the long steamy hot showers. PLEASE: clean up after each use, as this is shared bathroom. also Please clean up after each use in kitchen. Leave the condition of the kitchen and bathroom the way you entered. We throughly LOVE every guest and treat them like family. Due to multiple guests, we encourage everyone to clean up after themselves.
