Just Our Home, Yellow Room

Just Our Home, the kids have grown up and we have extra space. Our home is a ranch style home built in the late 50's with 2 bedrooms and bath added above the garage. We recently painted, and did minor remodeling to update the space. This is as the title says "Just Our Home" . The two bedrooms available for rent are built above the garage with a bathroom with a shower in the same area. This bedroom has a queen bed and a small desk for work space. The other bedroom has a full bed and a small desk. There is closet space to hang your clothes, and ample space in the bath room for toiletries. The bedrooms have keyed locks. ***Sleeps 4 if you rent both rooms. The upstairs will be private to the guests, if you are the only guests for the night you will have the bath to yourselves, if the other bedroom is rented it will be shared. If schedules do not allow significant bathroom time, we can make another bathroom available if both bedrooms are rented to different parties. We have a backyard patio for all to enjoy as well as a front and side porch. We will be available to for any questions our guests might have and interact as little or as much as our guests prefer. We would enjoy hearing your life experiences if you wish to share. We live in a quiet residential area. There is a nice park about 4 blocks down the street with a playground and walking path which also connects to the Scottsbluff National Monument walk. The YMCA is about 10 blocks away. This is a railroad town, and we hear trains often. Living here we have gotten used to it. but often people who aren't from here will comment. There is no public transportation available in town. Cars can be rented at the airport. Living on a large corner lot, there is plenty of parking in front and to side of our home.
