Located in Ashford near Springville, NY on Route 219, this rustic cabin is easily accessed. It has spectacular views of the 13 acres that you can wander, and surrounding hills. The fall color of the foliage and the sunsets are breathtaking. This location is close to so many attractions and many great restaurants. Close to Buffalo, Springville, Niagara Falls, Ellicottville, Salamanca and beautiful Allegany State Park. This property offers a peaceful setting, at the same time is close to Rte 219. The space This cabin is 23 years old. It is like a small home with carpeting, finished drywall, tongue and groove pine and all the necessities. Comfy yet rustic at the same time. Guest access Any area that is shown on the Map that is in the welcome book at the cabin, that is owned by me. NOTE: The driveway is a shared right-of-way. Other people use it so use caution when arriving and leaving! Route 219 is very busy, be patient waiting for traffic. Use caution, especially in the dark. The driveway has markers and/or small USA flags. Other things to note There is no snow plowing should there be measurable snow in the Spring or Fall.
