Located in a private, gated community our cabin has been in the family for over 40 years. We grew up enjoying Lake Tahoe and all of it's beauty and are pleased to offer this hidden gem for your enjoyment. This secluded spot is perfect for a quiet getaway during the Fall, Spring and Summer months. There is a private beach with all-day sun and spectacular straight-on views of Mt. Tallac along with breathtaking sunsets. The beach is accessible by foot path or there is parking on the beach when toting gear, picnics and prefer easy access. The home has three decks for outdoor enjoyment. The front deck, large rear deck with barbeque, and a hot tub deck a few steps below the rear deck. Paved Hiking/Biking trails are located right behind the community that go to Roundhill Pines or through Nevada Beach State Park located right next door to Elk Point. Conveniently located near a grocery store, numerous dining choices for any budget, Stateline Casinos with shows and concerts & Heavenly Village shops and galleries. Basic toiletries provided- shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, body lotion (or bring your favorites). Bath towels, blow dryers, toilet paper, paper towels. Rules per Douglas County VHR Permit: Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Parking is all off-street. 4 driveway parking spaces for 4 cars .Renters will be issued a parking permit which must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard during your stay.
