Guest suite in Berkeley

Located in the heart of South Berkeley, this bright, cheery, 675 square foot suite is the perfect home base for your Bay Area explorations! It's only 3 blocks from some of the best coffee & pastries in the Bay Area and has two wonderfully comfortable queen-size beds and a futon! The space Seven large, dual-pane windows provide plenty of natural light. You'll walk around on a comfy cork floor. There's a library full of books for your perusal and 2 queen size beds and a full-size futon to lounge on (or sleep on), plus plenty of plush cushions! We have a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and hot water kettle for your use, and a basic breakfast will be provided for your first morning (yogurt, granola, tea and non-dairy milk). For guests staying for more than three days, you can also use our washer and dryer. There is a private bathroom exclusively for your use. Also, there is also a privacy screen made of bamboo that you can place anywhere in the room, if you want to create any separation of space (for example, if you are more than two people sharing the space). Guest access You enter through a separate entrance on the ground floor at the front of the house. You'll also have access to a backyard garden and the sunny back deck.
