The perfect lake-house for family gatherings!

Fleur du Lac (Lake Flower) is perfect for a family retreat or reunion. We are on beautiful Lake Chapin on the St. Joseph River in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Right by the SW Michigan Wine Trail, there are many U-pick opportunities (in season) and water activities aplenty! We have 2 kayaks, a stand-up surfboard, a (3-person) canoe, and 125 feet of lakefront on which to play. A range of restaurants, the Lake Michigan shoreline, and rolling fruit orchards are all within easy driving range. The space We have used this as a weekend retreat over the years. We want to share it with you when we cannot be here. Guest access All areas of the house and grounds are available except for the garage and a couple of closets where we store our personal stuff. Other things to note There is a place for a fire pit on our property for camp fires. Use the fire pit at your own risk! We assume no responsibility for any damage, injury or liability resulting from the use of the fire pit. Please put out all embers after using the fire pit. Please do not use the Indian Head Association property which is located next to our property. The pontoon boat in the picture has been sold and is not available for guests. This means you have more lakefront to enjoy!
