Hey there! I'm Tong and welcome to my home! It is conveniently located in the Charming Historic District of Fondren and just a short drive to the new District at Eastover. Tucked away from the awful construction on State street, this place is easily accessible from the interstate and has access to bike/walking paths. I’m a 4th year dental student at UMMC and Jackson local. I’m Back from a 2 year hiatus to hosting(due to school) and excited to meet new people and share what Fondren has to offer!! This cozy suite with private bath is accessed directly through a Private Entrance. There is a comfy queen size bed with new mattress, soft sheets, pillows. The room includes a 32 inch 1080p TV with Roku. This suite is attached to the garage and will have access to all common areas in the main house including the upstairs living area and balcony. You will have one off street parking spot on the premises. There is a private full bath upstairs for you to use as well as a half bath downstairs. Basic sundries will be available. The kitchen and upstairs rec room are open to use. You will have a private door that leads to a 60' wide balcony! Please use it! A washer and dryer is available to guests that stay for 2 or more days. Although I am not staying at this house, I will try to be as available as possible. This listing is SELF CHECK-IN. It is a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. My house is located 1.6 walking-friendly miles to the center of Fondren and the UMMC Medical Center! This house is in a great neighborhood! It's extremely safe and has quick access to the walking/bike path on Old Canton. You should walk around our neighborhood and enjoy the charming architecture of Fondren! This house has stairs and balconies so guests must use care. I am not responsible for any injuries.
