The Studio is a warm, more modern styled cottage, safely nestled in the backyard of a home, as a detached structure with a private entrance, front porch & plant life. Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. The space We wipe down touchable surfaces so your space is clean upon arrival. How to get in: - The keyless entry with digital keypad is located on the wood door, behind the unlocked security door. This allows you to come and go on your schedule. Your entry code will be sent upon verification of ID when checking in. - Your security is a top priority, so the front door also has a security door in front of it that you can lock once inside. - We are a 100% smoke free property - For the health & safety of all our guests, there are a few restrictions: - No pets - No parties - No unregistered guests (without prior approval). - No smoking of any kind on the premises (cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc). Violating our 100% smoke free policy will result in a $250 charge. - No drugs or illegal activity allowed on premises - No burning of incense, candles or open flame - Please use the microwave vent fan when cooking. This is especially important when using spices and foods that have a pungent aroma. Pricing includes: - Price per night includes the 9% Turlock City occupancy tax. Longer stay cleaning fee: - Longer stays (beyond 14 days) require an extra (deeper) cleaning fee: ---15 to 20 days = $25 additional (for a total of $100) ---21 to 30 days = $50 additional (for a total of $125) ---31+ days = $75 additional (for a total of $150) Since the system doesn’t automatically pick up this variation based on reservation time, it will be sent as a separate fee request after you've checked in (the system wont allow it to be done sooner). Other details: - Babies under 1 year old are welcome to stay at no extra cost - Linens will be washed a maximum of two times to get any stains out. Beyond that, the cost to replace damaged items will be charged. - A security deposit of $100 may be listed, however, you are NOT automatically charged this fee. Only if items are missing, permanently damaged or extra cleaning is required (beyond what is listed above) after your stay, will you incur a fee for the actual amount, which may be less or more than the security deposit. - Guest Wi-fi is included - The noise ordinance in Turlock is 10pm, so must be adhered to - There are outdoor security cameras on the property for everyone’s protection Guest access - Kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishware, utensils, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cleaning supplies, etc. for short and longer stays. Basic sauces and seasonings are available for your use. If you see it, you can use it! - Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, creamers, teas and sweetener choices. A few are included in your stay, but feel free to bring your favorite pods as well! - Re-fillable Brita water pitcher in fridge - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, plus 2 bowls of mini amenities in case something is forgotten - Washer/dryer is equipped with detergent pods & softener sheets - Iron & small ironing board - 2 cozy robes - For a complete itemized list of amenities offered, message me once the reservation is booked Other things to note - The Smart TV has a few options: 1) Local channels can be picked up via an indoor antenna, assuming the weather cooperates 2) Anything that can be accessed via WiFi, such as Netflix or Hulu, as long as you have a subscription 2) Any non-subscription channel, such as YouTube 3) DVD player with a drawer full of BluRay DVDs for Studio use, or feel free to bring your own to watch!
