Come relax and enjoy some of the most spectacular sunrises that can be seen on Grand Lake. Cottage is available year round for all kinds of summer, fall, and winter recreation. Renovations are completed including all new kitchen, bathroom, cedar ceiling, maple walls, and premium plank vinyl floor. Very clean 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Two queen beds and one full. You'll arrive with clean linens on the beds, and fresh towels in the bath. Fully stocked kitchen. Cable tv and Wifi included. The space Sunkissed is fully furnished, linens and towels are provided as well as a starter assortment of toiletries. A basic gas grill with gas is available for your use. Kayaks are provided with the rental for your use and a Sunfish sailboat can be made available at no extra charge. For the fishermen/women, a 14' Lund Laker with a 4 stroke Mercury and electric trolling motor is available for a nominal fee to an experienced boater able to keep it off the rocks. All on the absolutely gorgeous Grand Lake with beautiful sunrises, great swimming as well as other summer recreational opportunities. Easy access to the lake exists for quads and snowmobiles in the winter with a ramp in front. Fire pit located waterside and wood is included as well. Guest access Entire private home, private driveway, a wide and stable dock with a 14'x8' patio on the end, and the entirety of the lake itself, 5600 acres, 7 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. Other things to note The cottage is located in an ideal location to enjoy Alpenas Brown trout festival, Rogers city's Nautical festival, and Posens Potatoe festival. We aim to be as accommodating as possible, so if there is something we can do to better cater to your group, please don't hesitate to ask. A 5 night minimum stay is required during peak summer months, however, requests can be made for shorter stays and may be granted on a case by case basis.
