Charming Keys Home located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bay side. The house is on the 2nd floor with a large breeze balcony, great space to relax with a cup of coffee, tea or wine. Large fenced yard for sunbathing or for kids to run and play. Close to restaurants, shopping center, major hospital, beaches, parks and water sport activities. Perfectly located between Key Largo and Islamorada. The space Our home is a traditional Keys' house on stilt, with all living quarters on the second floor. Completely fenced, save for kids to play. Backyard includes a canopy, picnic table and a charcoal grill. The house is conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants and activities, but private enough to feel like a local. Guest access You have access to the entire house on the second floor and to the backyard, picnic table and grill. The front yard and backyard are shared spaces with me or potential guests staying in apartment downstairs. Make yourself at home. Other things to note The house has a garage and private quarters on the first floor. This area is for our personal use and you will not have access.
