Guests enjoy the kitchen’s view of the street and the ability to prepare breakfast without disturbing those sleeping on the upper floors. Adjacent to the kitchen is a modern breakfast area with a table and benches, plus a café counter overlooking a garden—a great spot for breakfast or a quiet workspace. On the next level, you’ll find an open-plan living/dining area featuring a 40-inch LCD Smart TV (no cable; bring your Netflix or Amazon password). Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Other things to note If not driving from New York City to Newport, you can get a train, or bus, or you can fly. The best way by train is to get an Amtrak train from Penn Station (NYP) to Kingston Station, Rhode Island (KIN) and then arrange to be collected from the station by Orange Cabs. It's about a 30 minute ride in a cab from the station to Newport. Orange cabs runs out of Newport and has its own website. Peter Pan Bus Company runs buses between New York City and Newport.
