This resort like property is nestled in a very private cul-de-sac with only three homes. Home features: -An amazing back yard with a lagoon style pool with a rock scape waterfall. -Jacuzzi -Custom BBQ -Horse Shoe Pit -Covered Patio Dining/Seating and numerous places to lounge, sun bathe or gather. The upstairs of the home features an enormous game room with: -(3) 55” flat screen TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, Fire TV. -Pool Table -Poker Table -2 Pinball Machines -Full Size Fridge/Bar Area -Two queen pull out couches (located in game room) -Outdoor Patio. 1st floor features: -Chef’s Kitchen -Sunken Living Room with Stone Fireplace Master Bedroom featuring: -Steam Shower and Bath Tub TVs in every bedroom. The only problem with this property is that you may not want to leave! The entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! Waterfalls/water features along with the spa CAN NOT be on and running while the pool is heating. *If you turn on either the pool heater will stop running and in turn, the pool will not heat. 2. Payment request will be sent by the host via the "RESOLUTION CENTER" on Airbnb. The instruction on how to turn the heat on will then be provided. 3. Pool heating fee is $100.00 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as pool heating takes time to reach the desired temperature. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approx. up to 83 degrees. Guest access Guests have full access to everything in home. -HULU + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, Fire TV. -High Speed Internet with speeds up to 150Mb/s includes Wi-Fi throughout to keep you connected. -Full control to pool and spa, waterfalls, heater, jets and lighting. -Huge flat screen in living room with surround sound and full 1080p quality. *The home is very large and the lot is significantly larger the most homes in the city. Other things to note This is one of the best locations in Vegas in my opinion. You are only a 12-15 minute drive to the Strip and within 1-2 miles from tons of amazing food and shopping. Best Buy, Walmart/Sam's Club, Smiths, Albertsons & Whole Foods Grocery and amazing high rated food places! We are a pet friendly home, however, we do ask that you let us know before booking how many pets will be joining you as there is a Pet Fee of $50.00 per pet that will be applied during or after your booking is confirmed. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing a pet(s), there will be a $500.00 penalty. Please clean up after your pet or an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied.
