This cottage is a private home on Cashiers Lake; walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, minutes to golf courses, hiking trails and trout fishing, the perfect year round get-a-way with a key location and utmost charm. See last photo in listing. -John and Marcia The cottage has two bedrooms with queen beds and full bathrooms downstairs and an additional private loft upstairs with a queen bed and full bathroom. Additional covered porch has been added for extra living space with a twin size swing bed and a half bath. There is lots of great light in the living room and kitchen is the perfect size. The back porch and private dock are amazing for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. You will have access to the entire house and are welcome to walk up to our gardens (we live right behind the house) for a visit as well. We have chickens who do lots of laying! The house is located in the heart of downtown Cashiers on Cashiers Lake, which is private and not owned by us. It is walking distance between most shops, restaurants, and bars. Biking or driving to the market or ABC store is probably preferred though. Also the Village Green Park is an easy walk. Walk, bike, run, drive anywhere really. Absolutely NO smoking, dogs, or parties. Please clean up what you mess up.
