The Primary Suite can accommodate two guests. The Primary Suite is cozy and has a full bath. The bed is a QUEEN. The full bath & shower are filled with plush towels, and "If you Forgot Anything" items are provided. Fridge space to store your items from local Sprouts Market, Trader Joe's, King Soopers - local stores all within a leisurely drive. Cookware is non-stick, toxin-free GreenLife. (Thank you for Cleaning up after yourself :) Full Bath & Shower, is filled with plush towels, and "If you Forgot Anything" items are provided if you need them. Queen-size bed has a 2" thick mattress topper and down comforter or bedspread for a restful night. The walk-in closet includes a men's and a women's plush fleece robe for your comfort and relaxation. Enjoy sharing the living space to read. Catch up on emails at the desk with WiFi access or relax in your room and watch your favorite Netflix show on a 48" TV. This is a Clean, Friendly environment. Free parking onsite, and access to all business areas, including DTC, Sky Ridge Medical Center, CCRM, Inverness, Meridian, and Denver, are minutes away. Please feel free to ask questions. The main floor Primary Bedroom and Bathroom are totally dedicated to your stay. Note: There may be another Airbnb guest staying in the upstairs listing with a bedroom, separate bathroom, and desk area. "Relocating?" I know Colorado, including a fantastic Realtor and Mortgage Broker! U-Haul and Storage, a couple of miles up the road, for storing boxes, etc. A number of my Airbnb guests have taken advantage of my extended stay discount while searching for a permanent place to stay. Other things to note Easy access to major highways, DTC, Sky Ridge Medical Center, CCRM Fertility of Lone Tree, Rocky Mountain Reproductive Center, Medical Sales Training College, Banks, Post Office, Fire and Police Station within minutes. Nearby shopping includes Costco, Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods, King Soopers, Safeway, Dollar Tree, and Park Meadows Mall. Nearby restaurants range from fine dining and ethnic to fresh fast food. I am happy to make recommendations. Spaces for daytime and overnight parking are located in front of my townhome. There are also parking spaces conveniently located on the side street for daytime parking. Parking is first-come, first-served.
