The stairs in the back yard take you down to the ground level entrance of our Cute & Cozy apartment. The lower level is attached to house with its own private entry, fully equipped kitchen & separate bedroom with large walk-in shower. Sit in a screened-in porch with a tranquil view of lawn & greenbelt with occasional deer, squirrels & wild turkeys. Close to shopping & restaurants. Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed. The space Several beautiful redwood trees line the back yard with a screened in porch you can sit & enjoy the flowers, when in bloom, in the secluded back yard. Guest access Stairs down have motion lights at night. Take a stroll around the yard or enjoy the comfortable screened in porch with table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee while watching nature. Other things to note We have kept the space pet free so our guests don't have to worry about pet allergies. We also use laundry detergents without scents or dyes.
