This is for 1. Introduction: This ad is for large beautiful furnished single suite, in a large fully-furnished home, located within the heart of downtown Toronto’s vibrant Little Italy neighbourhood. The locations has been labelled by Walk Score both as a “walker’s paradise” with score of 98/100, as well as a “Rider’s Paradise” with a Transit Score of 100. This room is ideal short-term or long-term rentals, and particularly popular with travellers, professionals, students, and others seeking a comfortable, clean and furnished place, in Downtown Toronto. This beautiful large single furnished bedroom (~120sqfeet) is located on the 2nd floor, comes with a Queen-size bed, desk, and closet; it’s carpeted; has a gorgeous single large window facing east, which allows plenty of sunlight and a gorgeous view of the sunrise and sunset. The room has a locked-key entrance. All rooms are provided with clean sheets and towels. The house is situated on a large property-lot with front and back patio/garden. The house itself is ~2000 square feet with 3 stories (including basement); it has a shared accommodations-style living arrangement consisting of individual private rooms with key-lock. Public Transport: ~$3 (60mins) A number of guest have preferred private transportation option, as a cheaper and more convenient option. Private transportation picks you up and drops you off at your airport terminal and checkin area. Please note that private transportation needs to be arranged before hand and subject to availability. The home is equipped with a smart thermostat, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and security camera(s) in common areas: Kitchen, entrances and exteriors. All other areas of the house: bathrooms and individuals rooms are absolutely private spaces and respected. The Front and Backyard undergoes periodic maintenance seasonally, which may limit guest usage of these areas during this time. Please also note that bookings shorter than 1 month are subject to Government tax (HST) of 13% and applied additionally to all relevant bookings through Airbnb. Receipts issued. Third party bookings are subject to an additional service charge of $50/night/guest.
