In order to get access code, we have to manually approve a late check in and will text you the code to get in. All guests are required to read the short guest manual when your arrive. Traveling medical personnel, please note, our monthly rate is discounted if you plan a long term stay. *Please note we require Airbnb to verify your ID, picture, phone & email before we accept reservations. Checkout no later than 11am, but let us know if you have a late flight, for example, and need a later time. Just text for any questions.* *Everything is on one floor—bedrooms, kitchen and living space. We do decorate with breakables, and there is not a door, or gate, leading to the basement. Also, our kitchen chairs are taller than standard kitchen chairs. Unfortunately, for these reasons our home is not very suitable for young children. * *Parking is in the driveway next to the house. It will easily accommodate 2 cars. Feel free to bring a bike. You can store it in the locked shed. * *Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a hair dryer in the hall closet if you need it and plenty of shampoo, soap etc.. free to use.* *Bedrooms have closets with hangers. The full sized bedroom has built-ins and a built in desk. There is a light under the shelf. The queen-sized bedroom has a pillow top mattress. This bed is a little taller at 35”. There is a workstation if you need a quiet place to work. * *Wifi is throughout the house. A “hub” has been installed so you can connect all of your smart devices and make them work together. * *Kitchen has an assortment of pots, pans and cook wear. All table service is provided as well. A refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher are for your use. * *Washer & dryer are in the basement and free to use. * Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is a locked cabinet in the basement, that is for management use only. Otherwise, your are free to use the whole house, as well as, the shed. Some of our guests bring bikes (lots of nice trails nearby) and can leave them in the shed. Other things to note Please read the short guest manual upon arrival. There is no door leading to the basement. There is a locked cabinet in the basement that is not available to guests. Extra toilet paper, soap, towels etc... are in the hall closet. We want to stress that we do not allow parties on the property. We know that our guests will respect this as this is a quiet, residential, neighborhood. We want to respect our neighbors and keep the home in nice condition for the next guest. Deviation of this policy will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be asked to leave immediately. We will consider your pet on a case by case basis. Just let us know about your pet. Cats and dogs should be neutered and cats should be declawed. We've had some destruction from cats with claws! If you want to bring a bike, there is a shed to store your bike in.
