Walking distance to Quality Dairy and Pharmacy. This is a friendly, no smoking, quiet complex, this unit accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 parking space, unless prior permission is obtained. Any social events or parties of any kind are prohibited. A valid picture ID is expected upon booking This space was at one time a doctors office built in the late 1950s and has been renovated into 1 bedroom and studio apts. Please know that all walls are 2 by 4 construction with Batt insulation, covered with standard 1/2 " drywall, they are not sound proof but is sufficient for most of my guests. This is the middle unit and thus shares two walls with another separate unit. So if you are loud or intolerant please don't book with us.
