Primary bedroom offers queen-sized mattress and upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 with a twin and full bed, and has an attached bathroom with a shower tub. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee maker available, blender, and a fully stocked kitchen. This device does not record or listen to conversations and does not store, collect or share personal data. Minut notifies hosts of noise levels above 70 dB. We will contact guests if we are alerted of persistent loud noise. This will help to maintain a relaxing, comfortable environment for our neighbors. -Town home is not ADA compliant. DETAILS: -No smoking -No pets allowed -No shoes worn inside the house -Townhome offers two parking spots: one in driveway and one in gravel space (during non-snowy months). Street parking is on first-come basis.
