Gas fireplace, Refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee /tea maker comes with an assortment of coffees and teas, Kuerig coffee pot and pods as well and a toaster are in the treehouse for your use. The Treehouse has a very large deck 10X20 for you to enjoy. Be sure to go out at night and see the stars and the Milky Way! Julian is a internationally designated Dark Sky town and this property is one of the night sky reading sites. Listen for the Great horned owls and Screech owls, wild turkeys and many bird species at our feeders and chipmunks! Please note photos of the entrance to treehouse, you must be able to navigate 10 steps and a slope up to the steps. Sad note- horses shown have crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023. Emus rehomed You can enjoy the whole property and the pond (only seasonal) and take one of the two trails to Julian. Horse Boarding available so you could bring your horses and enjoy one of Julian's horse trail ride locations. Extra fee for horse boarding, privately gated by the cottage or main pasture. Please send inquiry if interested in bringing your horse(s). We are available if you need us or need any recommendations, but we won't bother you. Julian is a special mountain town and our property is surrounded by large acreage parcels that provide privacy and open space views. Yet you are a 4 minute drive from downtown Julian. If you need more space for additional friends of family, we also have a very private studio cottage you can also book situated on the 25 acres across the pasture.
