Relax with our large queen bed, recessed dimmable lighting and a large flat panel 4K smart TV w/apps for Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. Guest access The private entrance to the studio opens to a large sunny outdoor patio. The patio includes a table with shade that seats 4. There is a fire pit available outside for cooler nights, as well as a grill. During your stay Unless traveling, we are usually around if needed. You can reach out to us through Airbnb, or knock on the door of the main house. Other things to note 1. The max number of persons we can accommodate is 2, and the unit has only ONE queen bed. We can't accommodate any extra people. 2. We have a STRICT No Smoking or Vaping policy anywhere on the property. If you smoke or vape (tobacco or otherwise), you will be required to leave w/o a refund and we will add cleaning costs to remove smoke odors and stains. 3. There is easy free on street parking in our location. Specific on site parking is available at an additional cost and is tandem with other vehicles. 4. While Caltrain is convenient for getting around, do keep this in mind if you are sensitive to train noise. Double pane windows were used during the remodel to minimize this.
