On the shore of beautiful Schroon Lake, our cozy Adirondack cabin is the perfect getaway. Take your morning coffee on a porch overlooking the lake. Hang out on a private beach. Or, you can use the two-bedroom (5 bed) cabin as your base to the High Peaks. We invite you to enjoy our little slice of paradise. The space Our traditional Adirondack cabin has two bedrooms and two baths overlooking Schroon Lake. One bedroom serves as the master. The other has two bunk beds. The living room has two queen-sized futon sofas. Each of the bedrooms and the living room has a ceiling fan. The cabin also has a gas fireplace that you can use to warm things up on those chilly Adirondack mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stove, fridge, oven, and coffeemaker. We provide the basics you'll need for cooking (and sometimes you'll even find extras in the fridge). There is a gas grill on the deck. The expansive deck is a great place to sip your morning coffee as you look over the lake and mountains east of Schroon. The lake itself is just steps away. We share a private beach and docks which you can access. You're welcome to bring your own kayak, canoe or standup paddleboard. We're about one mile from the town of Schroon Lake. There's a Stewarts (for gas and ice cream), a grocery store, and several small shops, plus a public beach. We're also about two miles from Paradox Brewery. If you're heading deeper into the Adirondacks, expect to drive another 30 or so minutes north, then west. Guest access You have access to our cottage, the common area of the compound, and the private beach. Our association shares a large campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chair, and a small swing set. Other things to note Schroon Lake is a small town that can serve as the perfect base for your Adirondack hikes and adventures. The association does have a set of rules that we ask you abide by. We are sorry but we can not accommodate pets. It is in our Association bylaws.
