Wake up drinking your morning coffee/tea or watch the sunset with a beverage of choice, overlooking the fantastic views of the Superstition Mountains and the 4 Peaks Mountain Range from our property! It is a very quiet and peaceful area and a well located base for exploring the local area. There are 4 lakes and lots of hiking close by. Sky Harbor International Airport is 45-60 mins drive depending on traffic. Mesa Gateway Airport is 20-30 mins drive depending on traffic. The space The space has a private entrance via the porch to the front of the house and guest space is comprised of: Bedroom - queen sized bed with memory foam topper and closet Living room – hidabed couch (pull out bed, sleeps 2 people), TV with Netflix etc, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig (with selection of coffee pods), and toaster Bathroom – walk in shower (no bath) Porch – smoker grill and regular gas grill, seating for 5 with a fire pit and a table and 4 chairs overlooking the superstition mountains Front yard – fire pit and seating for 4 Hot tub - private area housing hot tub overlooking the Superstation Mountains Capacity – max of 4 people No kitchen but basic amenities in the living room (see above) Please note that this space is part of our home where we live, there is a locked door that separates guest space from our living space. The guest space is accessed via the patio door to the front providing privacy for guests. This property is not suitable for people who are allergic to cats. We have a no pets policy. If guests need to do laundry, we will do laundry for the guests or we can provide access to our part of the house for guests to use our laundry room. Guest access The property is on a 1.25 acre lot and there is parking for trailers, ATVs, campers etc in the back yard. Other things to note We have 3 indoor cats (Lulu, Lilly and Woody) and they do not have access to the guest space while we have guests.
