Private bedroom is available in a clean, spacious three bedroom single family home. The space The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, night stand, work/study desk, chair, three-way lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan/light, full length mirror, large closet and window treatment (room darkening thermal curtains over blinds). The bedroom is located on the second floor. The common (shared) areas of the house include the kitchen (appliances include stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster) cabinet space, cookware, disposable dishes and utensils. The full bathroom is on the second floor adjacent to the bedrooms. The half bath, study, living room, dining room and sun porch are the common areas located on the first floor. The washer and dryer are in the basement . Utilities - heat (gas), electric, water and WIFI are provided, the house has a monitored security system and required smoke/carbon monoxide detectors/fire extinguisher are in place. Guest access Dedicated access to the bedroom which includes a security lock on the bedroom door. Access to all common/shared areas of the house.
