High touch areas (knobs, counters, switches, etc.), kitchen and bathroom cleaned with CDC approved cleaners and protocol. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available in the home for use by guests as needed. Most suitable for guests who are comfortable with a home that allows a dog/cat. Free summit stage bus provides access to all the ski areas including copper mountain, keystone, breckenridge, a-basin, as well as and to breckenridge bars and restaurants and outlet stores in silverthorne. Gourmet kitchen with all the cook wear necessary for an amazing home cooked meal. Rarely interact with guests. Please note: A family lives full time in separate lock-off apartment downstairs. Given that, please note this is not a party house. We are pet friendly on a case by case basis. If you want to bring your pet please be clear in their age and size when sending a request or inquiry. No RV parking or outside camping is allowed at this residence. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) whatsoever allowed in this home. PLEASE NOTE: we have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM on major holidays including Christmas, New Years, July 4, and President's Day weekends/holidays, and mid-March/spring break weeks. We also have a 2 night minimum on weekend. Accommodates 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults and 2 children. Other things to note Please note the following: We only allow longer term stays (14 days or more) during off-peak season which is the month of May, October, and November. We have a 3 night minimum on major holidays including New Years, Martin Luther King, July 4, and President's Day weekends/holidays and a 5 night minimum around the Christmas and New Years holidays. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) whatsoever allowed in this home.
