House parties, large gatherings in excess of occupancy limits of 12 and/or any type of entertainment are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and grounds for immediate eviction, with loss of rent and/or forfiture of security deposit. Fires are prohibited in Sunset Beach including patio/deck. Sunset Beach prohibits dogs on beach. Home is a "No-Pet" home. Guests who bring pets without written consent from owner will be subject to a fee of up to $1000, loss of deposit, and/or eviction with out refund. Home has a County permitted occupancy limit of 12 persons. There will be an additional fee of $200.00 per person per night for renters who exceed maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to additional fee listed above, loss of deposit and/or eviction without refund. 2 car garage parking is available. In addition, Sunset Beach sits within a green belt of non-metered overnight public parking. There is typically parking all around the home at all times of the year. Trash Pick up is Monday and Friday, please set cans out on white bike lane line. Guest access The building consists of two individual units which rent separately. The “lower” beach level home is a 1200 sq. ft. 3-bedroom with 2-bathrooms with occupancy limit of 8 and offers exclusive use of the beach deck. The “upper” home consists of upper floors 2 & 3, occupancy limit of 12 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms at 3800 sq. ft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace, game room, pool table and shuffle board. Garage for additional parking is attached to “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home.
