Welcome to your relaxing vacation spot steps from the beach! This classic cottage, located on a dead end street within a one-minute walk to the north bath house and attractions, has everything you'll need to enjoy the area. With four bedrooms and a large porch to enjoy the weather, a yard for grilling, and ample parking it's the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. The interior is stunning with exposed beams, open concept living, and a large kitchen for entertaining. The space This is a family street of traditional beach cottages and a great neighborhood of friendly folks! Nudd Ave is known as one of the best streets on the beach because it offers a quiet area with lawns, trees, and parking but it is close to the attractions and had quick access to 95 that avoids the heavy beach traffic. Guests can even watch the summer Wednesday fireworks from the wrap around porch! Guest access Guests have access to four free parking spots across the front of the home, a grill, laundry, and bedding and towels for 8. We ask guests to put on sheets during the busy summer season. We ask guests to wash towels and strip the beds before leaving. Other things to note This beach cottage was built the same year Hampton beach was established and we worked hard to restore it since it is one of the few original houses in the area. The classic three-season cottage offers the original layout, plus an addition downstairs that expanded the kitchen and added a fourth bedroom. The upstairs rooms are divided by original bead board partitions that leave a a few feet of space at the ceiling to increase airflow for hot summer nights. If you need total sound privacy upstairs, we advise you to book another spot. We provide a detailed list for a simple check out process and ask guests to follow this. We charge a fee depending on the status of the house at checkout and communicate this to guests in person.
