Private Guest suite in Luxurious Downtown Houston

This is a brand new townhouse in a gated community located east of Downtown Houston and south of Interstate 10, it is minutes away from Discovery Green Park, Minute Maid Park, the George R. Brown Convention Center, and Toyota Center. It's the perfect spot for business professionals, sports fans, students and travelers alike. The guest's room is on the first floor and has access to a private bathroom and has its own thermostat. The space The room has a super comfortably Beautyrest queen mattress (check out our awesome reviews), thermostat, private bathroom inside the room and a closet with enough space for a weekend visit or a prolonged stay. Parking Free, convenient street parking is available right outside the gated entry of the home (first-come first-serve basis) and a special gate and front door code will also be provided to you upon booking for easy in-and-out access. Guest access Upon booking our place you will receive a code that will allow you entering to our place without any key. This is great for late arrivals. The guest will have access to the entire 1st floor, private room only. For our guests staying 7 days or longer we offer washer and dryer services free of cost. During your stay Our goal is to give our guests the most amount of privacy possible. We are available for anything you might need though, me and my wife live upstairs.
