Oak Lake Cabin is just a short walk to Lake Cuyamaca and a short drive to Main Street, Julian. This home has great spaces inside and outside to lounge or relax during your stay. The deck has a great dining area surrounded by huge oak trees that makes you feel like you are up in the trees. The space Oak Lake Cabin is a enchanting home tucked away in the neighborhood of North Peak just minutes from Lake Cuyamaca. The area is full of wildlife such as deer, turkey, and many woodland birds, all of which are frequent visitors to the home. This extremely spacious 1900 square foot home has a total of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a family room, and an open concept kitchen and living room. The two downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds and a shared bathroom, which features a foot stool and a potty seat for children. The Master bedroom and bathroom encompass the entire upstairs so you can enjoy the privacy. The family room has a kids corner with toys and activities for the little ones. Extremely family friendly and kid friendly! The patio has a dining area and a couple of great seating areas in the trees. The kitchen, dining, and living room have an open concept so that you can socialize while preparing your meals. The living room has a large sectional couch the whole family can fit on as well as a large flat screen TV so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows or watching a movie together. A wood burning stove rests in the corner for some added warmth. Our newly remodeled kitchen (as of November 2023) is fully stocked with everything you need to create great meals (spices not included), there is also a BBQ out on the deck as well as an outdoor dining area that looks towards the lake. The yard has a full size horseshoe court for you to use, a great outdoor glider bench to relax and watch the world go by, as well as a swing for the little ones to play with. Oak Lake Cabin is the perfect home for your family vacation. Guest access The guests at this home have access to the whole house. Other things to note We apologize - this is not a pet friendly home. No animals are permitted. This home allows a maximum of 7 overnight guests. Additional fees will apply if this maximum number is violated or you may be asked to leave. Please be aware, if you are staying with us over a holiday that all holiday booking are non-refundable. Also because of the holidays, all December bookings are non-refundable.
