Large one bedroom basement apartment in the heart of the Beach. Comfy queen size bed with high thread count linen, double closet, desk. Bathroom/shower and your own laundry center. Separate living area with digital cable 32" flat screen and high-speed internet. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and Keurig coffee maker. Voice control temperature adjustment. Separate private entrance, on-street permit parking. Shared use of yard, BBQ and deck. Transit at the door. The space The space can accommodate 3 people, but is better suited for 2 people if your trip is longer than a few days. The kitchen has everything you need including a stove and fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and even a Keurig coffee maker. Other extras include digital cable, WiFi, echo dot for personalized temperature control and printer. The living room/dining area includes a large comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 settings , a 32" flat screen TV with a PVR in case you need to record a show while you are sight-seeing. Please be aware this is a basement albeit with a high ceiling, lots of lighting and carpet throughout. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and stocked with essentials such as towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, and soap. A separate bedroom includes queen bed, double closet and lots of cupboard space. Private full-size en suite washer and dryer. Permitted temporary street parking is available online from the city. From City of Toronto website "...a temporary parking permit may be purchased by residents and their guests to park a motor vehicle on a street designated under the permit parking program, at a cost of $21.63 per week, $9.23 per 24 hours or $13.85 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T." Guest access This is a private apartment with separate entrance at the back of the house accessed through the alleyway. You are welcome to share the backyard deck, sunshade and BBQ. Other things to note We personally greet all of our guests to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
