The main floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath, four bedrooms and access to the wraparound screened porch and deck. The 2nd floor with queen bed offers a full bathroom of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer. No smoking. No pets allowed. No bookings for under 25 (someone in party must be 25) The space Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Other things to note ***No bath/beach towels or bed linens are provided.*****. The unit has a King, Queen, and 4 twin beds. Also, please see AirBnB directions as Maps, Waze, etc. have trouble with the exact address. All guest ages 4 and over are required to buy an activity badge for using any of the amenities at Sea Colony including the pools, the beach, the Freeman Fitness Center, the Tennis Center and the trams. Sea Colony Parking Passes Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period. 1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass 3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes Badges and parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the offseason. Guest Badges and parking passes are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. Hours of Operation: Open 7 days/week: May 13 - September 20 | 9 AM- 5 PM If the Shoppe is closed, go to the Security Desk in the Edgewater House Lobby (high rises along the beach across coastal highway from the marketplace) to obtain a overnight parking pass. Sea Colony is a quiet family oriented community, so no partying is permitted. No senior week rentals allowed.
