New Stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and butcher block peninsula. The living area is comfortably decorated and lives big with a Smart TV and cathedral ceilings and an extra twin bed. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with high quality bed linens. Extra blankets and pillows provided. Enjoy dining al fresco on the screened porch. The screened porch also has a cozy living area, with hanging chair hammocks. It’s a perfect place to sleep on lovely evenings listening to the sounds of nature. Large deck for sunbathing and stargazing...has another outdoor table for dining. The dock has a large covered gazebo to keep all of your fishing gear, or if a little shade is needed. The property has *370* feet of wooded waterfront allow for enjoying Sunrises and Sunsets. There Numerous fishing holes, and swimming spots. Two outdoor porch swings for sunrises and sunsets are on the property. There is a fire pit for chilly nights and a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. There really is something for everyone, our little space lives BIG! Guest access The entire property is accessible by guests. Kayaks are for guest use. *************************** Small John Boat is NOT for guest use. Other boats parked on property are for owners use only.
