This home is managed by Tahoe Mt Properties. The cleaning fee includes an accidental damage waiver. Upon reservation confirmation, guests are required to provide an email address and sign our booking agreement, which is listed under the house rules. This Lakefront property is convenient, affordable and the perfect location for your next getaway. Located in North Lake Tahoe, equal distance from Northstar and Palisades Tahoe, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers the idyllic vacation for family, friends and couples looking for a true Tahoe experience. With pine interior, vaulted ceilings, and wood fireplaces, you will get the cozy mountain feel while staying lake front. In winter kids can enjoy their own private snow play area, and in summer, everyone can enjoy the large lake front lawn and seating. Follow the steps down to access to one of the best kept secret beaches in Lake Tahoe, and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world from the beach or lawn. A private buoy is available for use during the summer months. To use the buoy, renters must sign a hold harmless agreement, have boaters insurance, and add the homeowner as an additional insured person for the rental period. Details: The house sleeps 7 in beds, we also have a queen air mattress available for extra sleeping space for kids under 13. On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms and baths. The bedroom to the right as you enter the home is furnished with three twins. The second suite bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second level of the house is a beautiful open concept primary suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, TV/cable, wood fireplace with seating area and bath with double vanity sinks, a large bathtub (jets no longer work) and separated stand up shower and wc. A queen size air mattress is also available. Just past the two main floor bedrooms you will find the open living room, dining room and kitchen. Facing the lake, the living room offers smart TV/DVD/Cable and a wood burning fireplace, and the dining room offers a 10 person table great for large groups. The sliding glass door off the dining area leads to a covered deck and steps to the lawn and beach. The large open kitchen and breakfast nook (seats 4) is well equipped with new stove and microwave, a large pantry and all the types of cookware to make a romantic meal or a picnic on the beach for the family. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and bar ware. There is a patio off the kitchen for barbecuing-a propane grill is available. This awesome property has a two car garage and a flat driveway. Book it now for your next Tahoe getaway! *There is no AC at this home. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day. *This home does not have access to a pier*the pier in the background is not available for this property*The beach in front is not private* *Although the beds, linens and towels are new within the last couple years, the dining and living room furniture are as pictured-original from the 1960s/70s. *This property has an external security camera by the front door* STR Registration Number: STR22-5902 Number of Parking Spots: 3 Guest access One Buoy is available for your private boat. Guests must sign an additional agreement, provide proof of boat insurance and add the Owner as additional insured. Other things to note Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means there are some things we can't control. For example, weather and harsh conditions may interrupt Wifi and power. We kindly ask for your patience if these events occur. While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. Winter Guests: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1.
