Rich Mountain View near Boone and ASU

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you Guest access Easy access from a paved parking area up just a few steps in to the comforts of home. We have a very safe and friendly dog (Chip) that will love you up when you arrive but she stays in the owners house not in apartment. Other things to note Just a short drive to the Ski Resorts and in Mountain City Tn. is the Doe Mountain recreation area. An 8,600 acre area for riding 4 wheelers, hiking, biking, and horse back riding. Lots of places to enjoy nature at it's best. Feel free to email if you have questions.
