This little gem sits right across the quiet street from beautiful marsh views, with only a 5 minute walk to the dock and boat ramp. Enjoy your stay by relaxing on the elevated deck or screened in porch. Or, if you'd rather, spend your days fishing and crabbing from the local dock. Have a fire out back in the old molasses pit or in the outdoor wood burning stove upstairs on the deck. The space My husband, children, and I have been "yard salers" and thrifters for as long as I can remember. We decorated this home with things we have picked up over the years, and the eclectic charm is obvious as soon as you pull up. This is also our local vacation home, as we live just up the road in Darien. Guest access While staying here, the entire home and yard will be accessible to you. This includes the grill and fire pit (bring your own charcoal). There is a boat ramp and fishing dock on the same road, just a 5 minute walk from the house. Other things to note This property is located outside of the city limits, so we have well water. If you aren't accustomed to that sulfur smell and taste, you will want to bring your own water bottles or jugs.
