The space Guests should note that access to the second floor is via a ladder-style staircase. Please review the photos carefully and ensure that everyone in your group is comfortable using this type of access before booking. Come experience a peaceful retreat surrounded by mountain views and lush trees. Our property offers a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy nature. Stroll through the beautiful neighborhood, gardens, collect fresh eggs from the chickens, and pick vegetables from our organically grown veggie garden (end of July- Sept veggies are ready for picking) Enjoy the charm without the upkeep! Inside, the home is clean, bright, and full of character. Start your day with coffee on the porch, unwind in a soothing bubble bath in the clawfoot tub, or tap into your creativity in the 2nd Bedroom art studio. Art Supplies and games is located in the armior. Our beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and essential cooking utensils for your convenience. Traveling with a pet? We provide a small fenced area for your furry companion to safely stay while you're out exploring (separate from the chicken area). $30/night/pet. We have a dog leash and bowls for you to use. Conveniently located just around the corner from the Historic Pinecrest event center and a short drive to the Renaissance Festival and Air Force academy, this is the perfect getaway for relaxation and local adventures. The home is situated on two spacious lots. The owners reside on the back lot, which is fully separated by a 6-foot fence to ensure your privacy. The main home, gardens, and chicken coop are exclusively for guest use. While your space is private, the owners are available if needed. Please note that the owner checks on the chickens (restocks food, water and collects eggs ) on occassion. Guest access You are open to the whole house with the exception of the locked back mudroom and our pantry that is located in the front entrance. Our back lot is also gated and closed off to guest, to ensure privacy for the owner. We are happy to assist with any assistance or help you may need with the home, property and chickens. Other things to note Please note that the home sits on two large lots. The owners live in the back lot of the property which is completely separated by a 6ft fence. The main home, gardens, and chicken coop are separate and private for the renters . Owners are available upon request if needed.
