You will be located right next to one of the two pools and spas on the property, we even provide 2 spa robes. There are several restaurants near by. There is a 24-hour fishing pier at one end of the street. At the other end you will find a promenade taking you to the entrance of the port where you will find a lighthouse. You can see the Channel Islands from the beach. After a busy day enjoying the beach, you can relax in one of the two outdoor spas. Or you can enjoy your own private spa tub located in one of the bathrooms in the condo. We provide one reserved parking spot during your stay. And there is plenty of visitor parking in this gated community. This is a ground floor unit with no stairs. The condo comes completely furnished. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic cups to enjoy poolside, Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods, blender, toaster, iron and ironing board, 4 tvs, electric fireplace, cleaning supplies and soap. We also supply you with all linens, bath and beach towels. For your day lounging at the beach we provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and a cooler. Pack your clothes, stock up on your favorite foods for your stay. We have all the rest ready for you! Guest access You will have sole access to a beautiful three bedroom 2 bath exquisitely decorated condo with all the amenities to pamper you. You will also be provided gated parking, access to 2 pools, 2 spas you own private patio, with teak furniture and gas grill. Other things to note The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a wonderful memory foam mattress, flat screen tv, large closets and plenty of storage, with on-suite bath with a shower. There is a 2nd bathroom in the condo that is decorated in Italian marble and has a relaxing spa tub for you to enjoy. The 2nd Bedroom has a full-size bed with a comfortable pillow-top mattress, large closet, dresser and TV. The 3rd Bedroom is set up with a full-size bed, desk cabinet and TV. It is perfect place to set up your home office while you are on vacation. You will be provided with, beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, kitchen supplies, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, appliances and convection oven, all linens and towels, 4 flat screen tvs with cable with a large number of channels to choose from , washer and dryer and a strong Wi-Fi. The complex offers two heated outdoor swimming pools, two spas, and reserved parking. There is a quiet beach across the street. The sand is a mere 100 steps from our private patio. Views of the whitewater and of the Hueneme pier can be seen from the patio, living room and master bedroom. You can hear to ocean from the living room and main bedroom.
