Buddy & Mary's Retreat

We are on the South end of beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn. Great place for tournaments or recreational fishermen. We are 2 mins from Mill Creek boat ramp, Umphrey pavilion is approx. 10 minutes away. Home is over 2000 sf and well maintained. House is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. 3 bedrooms, 4 double beds total, 2 full baths, Dishnet TV in liv. Room. We have a nice, covered patio w/ fan, picnic benches and grill. Just bring is your clothing and food. The space We are 2 mins. from Mill Creek Park. Mill Creek has a pavilion for family reunions and a playground, and swimming hole. If you would rather eat out there is 4-5 restaurants within 10 miles. Very nice quite neighborhood. We are minutes away from Rayburn Country golf course and restaurant if you decide to go golfing. If you forgot something there is a Dollar General Store on hwy 96 or a Brookshire Brothers aka B&B, and plenty of tackle shops about 10 minutes away. There are 2 liquor stores, several churches. Walmart, Lowes, Brookshire and more restaurants about 20 min. Winter Texans welcome. Other things to note No smoking of any kind inside the home. We have a nice patio and front porch for that.
