Fully furnished and decorated with vintage farm chic with a twist of modern farmhouse...a vintage inspired queen bed, vintage as well as modern furnishings, beautiful linens, a fully stocked kitchenette, deck with amazing views as well as being very private, tv featuring Netflix as well as streaming channels, A/C and complimentary Wi Fi. The kitchenette features a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, glassware, dishes, and a kuerig with complimentary coffee and tea. Nearby Dundee, Carlton, Newberg, as well as McMinnville offer endless opportunities to visit hundreds of wineries and spectacular tasting rooms as well as great restaurants and local music. Dundee is located an hour south of downtown Portland and the Portland airport, near Mt Hood and the Columbia Gorge, and an hour and a half from the Oregon coast all perfect for day trips. I have a local company every other month do an excellent job of keeping the critters at bay. Guest access Our guests will be given a keyless entry code. Parking is provided at the bottom of the stairway to the studio. You must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Other things to note NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUT ~ NO FIREWORKS!!
