A relaxing escape from city life in the Hudson Valley. Clean and simple home on a lush acre of secluded land. Tucked away in a culdesac in one of Highland's loveliest neighborhoods, this place is a short drive from restaurants, wineries, orchards, hiking and more. The space The kitchen of our 1,000 square foot home opens up to a pergola and backyard wrapping around to a full acre of private property. The neighborhood is quiet and free of light pollution. Other things to note Windows in both bedrooms and the living room have curtains for privacy. The kitchen door to the backyard does not have a shade for enjoying open green scenery . All four locations have motion-activated lights facing outward, as well as a vibration-based alarm affixed to the glass with a simple on/off switch. We also have a security camera on the front and backyard. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and has an extremely low crime rate. These security features are for our guests' peace of mind. Pls note that one AC unit in livingroom and one ceiling fan in master bedroom , one fan in 2nd bedroom. Pls note that this is our City getaway house and we are sharing with the Airbnb Community, and there are some hidden personal belongings in a big bedroom closet dresser and closets. Finally, we have no TV in our home, but our Internet can handle any streaming to your personal devices.
