The space is small, but comfortable, convenient, and functional - everything you need to feel at home for a night, or for a month. With a full bed, large desk space, 32" Roku smart TV (NO CABLE), and kitchen supplies to cook your own meals - you'll have nothing to worry about. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Drop off your bags and enjoy the city of Columbus, 5-7 min drive from Short North, Downtown, Nationwide Arena, Convention Center and more! Disclaimer: There is some wear and tear in the walls, and the drawer from the bathroom sink is peeling off a little. There is also a yellow stain in the box spring, but it's not vomit, I can assure that. Your safety is our top priority. We sanitize high-touch areas, down to the doorknob using only CDC-recommended cleaners and disinfectants. Housekeepers wear masks and gloves, and follow extensive cleaning checklists that follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Guest access Guests have the entire studio apartment to themselves! The studio is accessed with a keypad lock from a shared common hallway. Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. Any smoking or excessive noise will result in Airbnb stepping in and asking the guest to leave and find a different accommodation. Other things to note For shorter term stays, there are parking meters available up and down High St. NO smoking is allowed inside the unit, any signs of smoking will result in a $250 enforced by Airbnb and being asked to leave. Quick note about the stove/oven, it works fine, but it's just a bit rusty on the inside. Although we don’t allow smoking in our property, occasional smoke smell will be in the hallways which sometimes may enter through the unit. Registration Details 2022-2157
