The cottage is immaculate with all amenities and is fully stocked. Enjoy your coffee while you watch the sunrise from your back deck as the local lobstermen get ready to haul their traps. The entire house is for guests only. The four bedrooms are comfortable and two full baths are fully stocked. The master bedroom has a Smart Tv and a connected private bath. There is also a smart TV in the living room. For rainy days, a library stocked with books and games will entertain! This is a 3.5 acre farm with 300 feet of private Oceanfront that includes a picnic table, fire pit, twinkle lights and Adirondack chairs. This is a perfect setting to watch the sun rise over the village or to catch a sky full of stars with an evening moon that glistens on the water! There are no shared spaces. The entire property with the exception of the detached garage, is for the renter. There is parking enough for four vehicles. The house is surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens and a lit path to the shore. The deer frolic in the back yard and if you’re lucky, you will catch a glimpse of the seals and otters that live on the property shoreline. The house is three miles from the village center, two miles from restaurants and a convenience store. Quoddy Head State Park is 6.7 miles away and there are a half dozen amazing hiking trails within a mile or two of the house. Canada’s Campobello Island is four miles away and Herring Cove Golf Course on Campobello is five miles from the house. There are four famous lighthouses within a ten mile radius of the house and whale watching, fishing, gift shops and more are all located in the Lubec village. Car or bicycle are best modes of travel. Bring your kayak and explore the coastline.
