Experience the beauty of our private beach and serene grounds morning, afternoon or evening. Enjoy long walks on the beach or fishing from our private dock . See our reviews - guests love hanging out on the spacious lawn or enjoying a cocktail at theTIKI Hut while watching the boats go by. Enjoy our beautiful new pool located on the ICW and next to the Tiki Hut. No matter what time of day you are by the water, the experience will be wonderful. The whole scenery changes with each hour of the day that passes. It really is a magical place. We want our guests to enjoy themselves so we try not to rent to extreme rowdy partiers. The resort is peaceful but fun!!! Guest access You will have full access to our private beach and our fishing dock, our pool and the entire grounds which are beautifully grown, full of trees, flowers, birds, and an occasional iguana. Laundry facilities are on site and are coin/credit card/app accessible. We have beach chairs, towels, fishing poles/tackle box and beach umbrella for your use and you will have WIFI access in the condo and at the pool. The property is secured with a gate so you will be given gate access to the property. This keeps other islanders from coming onto our dock and/or using our amenities. Enjoy the free taxi or the free Trolley that takes you from one end of the island to the other - enjoy a few cocktails and don't worry about driving or parking. Other things to note Our unit has white leather furniture so we do ask that you be respectful of spilling or eating on the furniture. Spray tans are the worst! It is a beach condo and does get sandy and we understand that you are on vacation, but please just eat your meals at the counter and clean up any spills.
