Lakes, Golf, Shops, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Fast Food, plus are within short drive by car. Accommodating up to 8 guests, The Barn features two private bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen bed. The upper level offers an open loft space with a Full Bed, twin bed, and bunk beds. The master bedroom conveniently connects to a Full bathroom, which also serves as the main floor bathroom. Both the master and second bedrooms are equipped with AC units. Upstairs, the spacious loft area welcomes you with additional sleeping arrangements, including two bunk beds (top bunk with a weight limit of 160 lbs, suitable for kids), a twin bed, and a Full/double bed. This area is perfect for lounging, hanging out, and enjoying games. The great room showcases a splendid fireplace, complemented by comfortable club chairs and a sofa. The open-concept kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher), is fully equipped for your culinary endeavors. (Pots,pans,cutlery,plus)Countertop appliances like a Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and French press are at your disposal. Downstairs features an additional hangout area with games and an extra Bathroom with a large soaking tub and 1/2 bathroom. Please note that The Barn has 'well' water/potable water not recommended drinking/cooking; - we provide some bottled water and recommend bringing more based on your group's consumption. The barn features an exterior Ring doorbell and an alarm system. Our Barn is designed for year-round comfort. In summer, AC units are available in the main floor bedrooms, complemented by large ceiling fans in the great room and additional portable fans for a pleasant environment. Screens are available and/or in place to keep pests out while you enjoy the serene sound of the Furnace Brook running through the property. In winter, a forced hot air heating system keeps the barn warm & cozy, complemented by the fireplace that adds an extra touch of warmth and atmosphere. Linen arrangements are tailored to the number of confirmed guests. Beds will be made up and/or Linen packs will be provided prior to your arrival. New! Parking area (we listened to our guests suggestions) -accommodates up to 2-3 cars, potentially adjusted to 2 cars max in winter due to plowing. Please note that the barn does not have EV charging capability, but nearby Bennington offers EV stations. Ski areas within driving distance include Bromley, Stratton , Haystack, Mt Snow (1/2 hr +|~40 min)/ Guests love to come home from ski and relax at chic barn. Cross Country skiing within drive. Plenty of hiking, fishing, golf, mountain bike, off-roading, canoe spots in the area. Downtown Bennington and Manchester offer lots of shopping. Reservoirs in Wilmington/somerset nearby. Mountain and Furnace Brook views may be limited certain times of the year. Th barn is easy access Rte 7, Rte 9 historic Rte 7. There is space to park on the main road for 3 cars max/ winter it may be 2 max depending on snow/plowing The Barn has “well” pottable water /not recommend for consumption we provide some bottled water for your convenience you may want to bring extra water based on your consumption/needs) There is Wifi for you to work or stream your favorites on 2 smart TVs. The Main Living Space has a smart TV with an Apple Device, the 2nd TV is a smart TV. (New streaming processes may apply: Netflix, Hulu, etc/check with your carrier).
