A beautiful, traditional house in the heart of the French countryside. Set on the borders of three regions 32, 31 and 65, we are ideally situated for those who wish to explore these wonderful places. Whether you enjoy hunting out bargains at the numerous local village markets, playing golf at excellent nearby courses, fishing and watersports at the many lakes or just relaxing in the garden enjoying the beautiful weather and local food, we can help. The space A beautiful room with twin aspect so ensures good views of the garden and beyond. Many original features have been kept but with the adition of a comfortable ensuite. The original wood flooring, that dates back over two hundred years, has been lovingly restored to, once, again reveal its beauty During your stay We welcome you to our 250 year old traditional house nestled in 0.7 hectares of mature garden. From the large hallway there is access to the guest lounge complete with a large smart TV, comfortable sofas and chairs. The next room on the right is the spacious guest breakfast room where you will enjoy a fresh continental style breakfast that will set you up for the day. Finally on the ground floor is the beautiful dining room furnished with a large table and ample seating. The grand staircase leads to the three guest bedrooms each individually decorated and furnished. The bedrooms are all approximately 25m2 and benefit from private shower rooms, comfortable seating, writing area and garden views. To the front of the house we have a lawned garden with mature nut and fruit trees that seem to attract a variety of birds and wildlife all year long. Here you can sit, relax, take in the birdsong or sunbathe. The gardens to the rear are a mix of lawn, vegetable beds and a small wooded area.
