The space *Located in the heart of the breathtaking Central Coast wine country and just 3 miles from the award winning Talley Vineyards! Our home is 2 stories with breathtaking valley and ocean views. There are two sets of staircases. The Master Bedroom and bath are located on the first floor along with the family room, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, loft, 800sf suite that sleeps 6 with full bathroom, pool table, library and full gym. You will feel as if you have entered a resort spa as you relax and experience the heated salt water swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs with umbrellas, outdoor heaters, multiple gas fire tables, outdoor grill, wood burning bbq pit, covered front porch, basketball court, pickle ball court, corn hole, ping pong table, bocce ball and views for miles! The pool is heated but the pool temperature is affected by outside temperature. During Spring, Summer and most of Fall the pool temperature is consistently in the mid to high 80's sometimes reaching almost 90 degrees. As outside temperatures cool in the late Fall and Winter months the temperature will drop. There is no AC...most homes on the Central Coast do not have them because the weather averages 70 degrees year round. It's what makes this area so desirable. The only stretch of coastline in Central California where cars are allowed to drive on. 4 Wheel Drive vehicles strongly recommended!! *7 miles to Pismo Beach (restaurants, seafood, pier, beach, shopping, bowling, billiard room, clam chowder, monarch butterflies, rooftop bar) *10 miles to Avila Beach (wine tasting, pier, beach, shopping, concerts, electric bikes, Bob Jones walking/biking path) *10 miles to San Luis Obispo (shopping, hundreds of wineries, restaurants, pubs, boutiques, art, plays, Madonna Inn, Cal Poly) *30 miles to Montana de Oro State Park *60 miles to Hearst Castle You do not need to go very far to have the most amazing experience on the Central Coast! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of locked closets, garage, and some cabinets that will be clearly locked. Armoires and other spaces are available for you to use for your clothing and personal belongings. Other things to note There is absolutely NO FIREWORKS of any kind allowed on the property. Fireworks are illegal at all times outside the city limits which is where we are located. Please understand that Californians have suffered many disastrous fires and suffered enormous losses. It is currently peak fire season...Anyone with fireworks will be asked to leave the property and will not be allowed to return. You may also be subject to fines and/or charges from sheriffs department if found to have fireworks. Again, NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED! We appreciate your cooperation!
