The space has its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Don’t forget you will also have access to the hot tub. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all the expected appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, and toaster) as well as dishes, cookware and utensils. The bedroom has a really comfortable queen bed, dresser, space heater, fan and large screen TV. There is a full bath. This includes shower and tub as well as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer. The living space has a couch, comfy chair, coffee table, and a very large TV. All TV’s are connected to Xfinity with many premium channels. They also have access to most streaming services if you want to log in. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Check out Park Hill Commons or head over to 23rd Ave just 6 blocks away for some expanded options. There are luggage racks provided. If you need an iron or ironing board please let us know and we’ll make sure you have access to them during your stay. We do live upstairs so you may occasionally hear footsteps or other household noises. When remodeling we added a measure of soundproofing so it should be fairly muted or absent altogether. We normally schedule things around our guests but on very rare occasions (or a lengthy stay) we may need to access our laundry or spare freezer. We would always attempt to contact you before that happens and never just come in unannounced. Guest access On street parking is free. Guests have a separate entrance accessible through keyless entry. The PIN will be sent the day before check in. Other things to note Smoking and vaping is allowed outside only. We are 4/20 friendly.
